Upon arrival at the Cavalli Casa Resort, I was impressed by the grandeur of the meeting rooms and the serene views of the garden, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. the resort's decor exudes a sense of calm, making it a perfect retreat for travelers seeking rejuvenation. The rooms were well-appointed with modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV, minibar, and free WiFi, ensuring a comfortable stay. the availability of a fitness center and traditional Thai cuisine at Leelawadee Restaurant added to the overall appeal of the resort. However, the experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff, who were unaccommodating and rude, especially when it came to room assignments for our group. The Cavalli Casa Resort offers a scenic and relaxing environment, with attentive service and a range of facilities to enhance the guest experience. Despite some setbacks, the beauty of the surroundings and the abundance of amenities make it a suitable choice for those looking to explore Ayutthaya or simply unwind amidst lush greenery.
